Ovo je najviše zakonodavno tijelo u Hrvatskoj. Svi smo pozvani štititi demokratski poredak, ljudska prava i slobode i zastupati sve Hrvatice i Hrvate, bez obzira na dob, spol, vjeru, narodnost, političko opredjeljenje.

Sloboda mišljenja i govora je Ustavom zajamčena. Tko to sebi uzima za pravo nekome ili nekoj grupi uskraćivati tu slobodu, i u ime čega?

Predsjedniku Vlade Andreju Plenkoviću s ovog mjesta najviše zakonodavne vlasti poručujem – ne mora se truditi identificirati 1033-oje roditelja, majki i očeva, koji brinu za svoju djecu.

Ovdje imam 1033 pisma, s navedenim imenom i prezimenom, majki i očeva koji traže da se odmah prekine s upitnim – i prema mnogim jasnim indicijama sudeći, prekomjernim i nepotrebnim – prisilama prema djeci i uskraćivanjem njihove slobode.

Govorim u ime oko 200 tisuća članova: inicijative Roditelji 0-24, Inicijative Tražimo ukidanje Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, te mnogobrojnih zabrinutih roditelja koji mi se osobno javljaju.

Prvi zahtjev zabrinutih roditelja je da odmah ukinete nošenje maski kod djece.

Cijeli je niz znanstvenih istraživanja koja jasno dokazuju da ovakve maske nikako ne pridonose smanjenju bilo koje zaraze, dok u isto vrijeme mogu izazvati niz zdravstveno-psiholoških problema kod djece.

U njihovo ime tražim od stožera da precizno navede znanstvena istraživanja kojima je utemeljio svoju odluku te da odgovori jesu li razmatrali i suprotna znanstvena istraživanja? Dakle poruka roditelja je – Ne mučite nam djecu maskama jer za to nema osnove.

Nije dovoljno pozivati se na europsku praksu jer postoje visoko napredne i civilizirane zemlje popu Švedske u kojima ne vrijede ovakove restrikcije, ne samo za djecu nego ni za odrasle.

Drugi njihov zahtjev tiče se prekomjerne uporabe sredstava za dezinfekciju, za koje je, među ostalim, prof. dr. Valerije Vrček jasno ustvrdio da je u velikom broju riječ o hormonskim otrovima. Citiram:

“Pristali smo na masovnu kemikalizaciju okoliša, ljudi i DJECE HORMONSKIM OTROVIMA. U ovom slučaju radi se o kvaternim amonijevim solima koje su redoviti sastojak tih biocidnih pripravaka. To je besmisleno i opasno, jer ostaju pitanja na koja treba odgovoriti. Očekujemo li povećan broj alergijskih reakcija zbog korištenja kvaternih amonijevih soli u dezinficijensima? Očekujemo li povećanu učestalost astme? I konačno – očekujemo li povećan broj super-bakterija?”

Svi bi trebali imati na umu da su kazneno odgovorni za narušavanje zdravlja djece.

Treći zahtjev tiče se po mnogim istraživanjima nepotrebnih i začudnih testiranja asimptomatskih ljudi. Pojasnite javnosti zašto testirate ljude, koji nemaju simptome, testovima za koje diljem svijeta znanstvenici tvrde kako su preosjetljivi i načelno “proizvode” nove slučajeve “pozitivnih”. Od ukupnog broja svih testiranih osoba, a prema izjavi vaše Alemke Markotić, tek 5-10% njih ima simptome. Dakle, prekinite testirati osobe koji nemaju simptome.
Do 31. kolovoza Hrvatska je bacila 200 milijuna kuna na uzaludna testiranja većinom ljudi bez simptoma.

1033 roditelja, i ja, majka četvero djece, kao 1034., ističemo još jedan zahtjev, možda i prijetnju: ne dirajte djecu. Ni u ovom ni u bilo kojem drugom slučaju ne zaboravite i ne gazite: Ustavom, Europskom konvencijom za zaštitu ljudskih prava, Općom deklaracijom o ljudskim pravima i Obiteljskim zakonom zajamčeno pravo roditelja da odlučuju o svojoj djeci.

Kao predsjednica Odbora za obitelj mlade i sport ovu sam temu uvrstila dnevni red današnje sjednice.

Na kraju dodajem, djecu smo dužni zaštititi a glas roditelja uvijek se mora čuti.

Do not touch our children!

Speech by Karolina Vidović Krišto in the Croatian Parliament on September 23, 2020.

This is the highest legislative body in Croatia. We are all called to protect the democratic order, human rights and freedoms and to represent all Croatian women and men, regardless of age, gender, religion, nationality, political affiliation.

Freedom of opinion and speech is guaranteed by the Constitution. Who takes it for granted that someone or a group is denied that freedom, and in whose name?

I am telling the Prime Minister Andrej Plenković from this position of the highest legislative authority – he does not have to try to identify the 1033 parents, mothers and fathers who take care of their children.

Here I have 1,033 letters, with the name and surname given, to mothers and fathers asking for an immediate end to the questionable – and judging by many clear indications, excessive and unnecessary – coercion against children and the denial of their freedom.

I am speaking on behalf of about 200,000 members: the Parents 0-24 initiatives, the We Seek the Abolition of the National Civil Protection Headquarters initiative, and the many concerned parents who are contacting me personally.

The first request of concerned parents is to immediately stop wearing masks in children.

There is a whole range of scientific research that clearly proves that such masks do not contribute to the reduction of any infection, while at the same time they can cause a number of health and psychological problems in children.

On their behalf, I ask the staff to state precisely the scientific research on which it based its decision and to answer whether they have also considered the opposite scientific research? So the message of parents is – Do not torture our children with masks because there is no basis for it.

It is not enough to refer to European practice because there are highly advanced and civilized countries like Sweden where such restrictions do not apply, not only to children but also to adults.

Their second request concerns the excessive use of disinfectants, for which, among others, prof. Dr. Valerije Vrček clearly stated that a large number of these are hormonal poisons. I quote:

“We have agreed to the mass chemicalization of the environment, people and CHILDREN WITH HORMONE POISON. In this case, it is the quaternary ammonium salts that are a regular ingredient in these biocidal products. This is pointless and dangerous, because there are still questions to be answered. Do we expect an increased number of allergic reactions due to the use of quaternary ammonium salts in disinfectants? Do we expect an increased incidence of asthma? And finally – do we expect an increased number of super-bacteria?

”Everyone should keep in mind that they are criminally responsible for impairing the health of children.

The third requirement concerns, according to many studies, unnecessary and surprising testing of asymptomatic people. Explain to the public why you test people, who have no symptoms, with tests that scientists around the world claim are hypersensitive to and in principle “produce” new cases of “positives”. Out of the total number of all tested persons, and according to the statement of your Alemka Markotić, only 5-10% of them have symptoms. So, stop testing people who have no symptoms.By 31 August, Croatia had spent 200 million kuna on futile tests for most asymptomatic people.

1033 parents, and I, a mother of four, like 1034, point out another demand, perhaps a threat: do not touch the children. In neither this nor in any other case, do not forget and do not trample: The Constitution, the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Family Law guarantee the right of parents to decide on their children.

As the chair of the Committee on the Family, Youth and Sports, I included this topic on the agenda of today’s session.

In the end, I add, we are obliged to protect children and the voice of parents must always be heard.
