INFORMACIJE (IZ PRVE RUKE) O UBOJSTVU BISERKE DRAGUN, PRIPADNIKA HV-a I HOS-a

  1. sc. Tomislav Dragun – pripremljeno za časopis „Glasnik Hrvatskog uljudbenog pokreta“

Danas sam bio pri Uredu za vezu Europskog Parlamenta u Zagrebu, u Hrvatskom Saboru i u Ustavnom sudu Republike Hrvatske, te predao PODNESAK-PRIGOVOR br. 222-004/2024, u predmetu Općinskom građanskom suda u Zagrebu br. 82.Pn-2193/2023.

Nakon Ustavnog suda razgovarao sam s gospodom (ratnim) obavještajcima:

MARIO KIRIN, general-bojnik (nominee od načelnika stožera generala Janka Bobetka, te generala Petra Stipetića),

FRANJO VIDAS, (ratni) operativac (Sigurnosne službe Ministarstva obrane RH, general Martin Špegelj i Drago Francišković).

Gospodu obavještajce informirao sam o mojim sudskim postupcima, kojima dokazujem da GNK „Dinamo“ Zagreb, udruga Mirka Barišića i Zdravka Mamića, nije društvena organizacija „NK „Dinamo“ Zagreb (prestala postojati u travnju 1993.), niti športsko dioničko društvo NK „Croatia“ Zagreb (brisano 2004. iz sudskog registra Trgovačkog suda u Zagrebu).

Nakon g. Mario Kirin informirao me je o djelovanju HV i HOS-a u Vinkovcima tijekom Domovinskog rata.

Te su informacije, naime, potrebne su mi za kaznene postupke, jer sam tri puta podnio odgovarajuće kaznene prijave DORH-u, ali on (na čelu s Mladenom Bajićem, odnosno sada s Ivanom Turudićem) ODBIJA provesti potrebnu istragu.
