This is the Church where we, my wife and I go. This is a new Church, about 8 years old. Official sitting capacity of this Church is 2,226. Today we were about 350 people. Everyone had to have a mask and social distancing because of the pandemic Covid – 19. Every second bench was open for the priest to go by to give a Holy Host (Bread) to the parishioners. I have in my hand a Sunday’s bulletin and a mask. Gospel was John 6:51-58

Ovo je Crkva gdje moja supruga i ja idemo. Ova Crkva je oko 8 godina stara. Ima službenih sjedala 2,226. Danas nas je bilo oko 350. Svatko je morao imati masku i propisanu udaljenost zbog straha pandemik Covid -19. Svaka druga klupa je bila prazna kako bi svećenik mogao proći i župljanima dati sv. Hostiju. Ja u mojoj ruki imam nedjeljni buletin i masku. Evanđelje je bilo po Sv. Ivanu 6:51-58

Gospel by John 6:1-58
Jesus said to the Jewish crowds:
“I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.”
The Jews quarreled themselves, saying, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?”
Jesus said to them,
“Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day. For my body is true food, and my blood is true drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him. Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will have life because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. He is not the same unlike your ancestors who ate and still died, whoever eats this bread will live forever.”
Evanđelje po Ivanu 6:1-58
Isus reče Židovima:
“Ja sam živi kruh koji je sišao s neba; tko jede ovaj kruh živjet će zauvijek; i kruh koji ću vam dati je tijelo moje – za život svijeta.”
Židovi su se tada počeli prepirati i među sobom govoriti, “Kako nam ovaj čovjek može dati svoje tijelo za jesti?”
Isus im odvrati:
“Amen, amen, zaista vam kažem, ako ne jedete tijelo Sina Čovječijega i ne pijete krv njegovu, nećete imati života u sebi. Tko jede tijelo moje i pije krv moju, ima život vječni, i ja ću ga uskrsnuti posljedni dan. Tijelo je moje pravo jelo i krv moja je pravo piće. Tko jede tijelo moje i pije krv moju, ostaje u meni i ja u njemu. Kao što je mene poslao živi Otac, i kao što ja živim zbog Oca, tako će i onaj koji mene jede živjeti zbog mene. Ovo je kruh koji je sišao s neba. On nije onakav kakav su jeli vaši praoci i pomriješe. Tko jede ovak kruh, živjet će zauvijek.”
